What is your return policy?

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every blade we sell. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund. We want you to feel confident that this is the right tool for your kitchen.

Is there a warranty?

Absolutely. Steel Sensei knives are built to last. We offer a 100-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship. This tool is an investment, and we are here to protect it.

Are these knives dishwasher safe?

No. Like all professional-grade high carbon steel instruments, these knives should never be placed in a dishwasher. The high heat, harsh detergents, and rattling will damage the blade edge and handle materials. To keep your knife in pristine condition for a lifetime, simply hand wash with mild soap, wipe dry immediately, and store safely.

Do I need to sharpen the knives?

Our knives arrive razor-sharp out of the box. High carbon steel holds an edge significantly longer than standard stainless steel, but all knives eventually need maintenance. We recommend honing with a ceramic rod occasionally to maintain the laser-sharp edge.
